Ron Rubick was the head football coach and Physical Education teacher at Lincoln High School for 32 years before losing his hard fought battle with cancer in 2009. His monumental on the field accomplishments will forever be dwarfed by the impact he had on the thousands of students he touched off the field during his lifetime. What truly made Ron a Champion was his honesty, integrity, and work ethic.

Please join us in honoring the character and spirit of the “Manistique Missile” by participating in this wonderful family event. The 5K Run/Walk and County Fair will once again be held in conjunction with the Lakeshore Weekend for Kids. And all proceeds benefit Lincoln High School, Holy Family Hospital Cancer Center, and Aurora Medical Center - Two Rivers.
